TwinEagles Golf Club (The Eagle)

In 2010, work began on a complete renovation that would relocate greens to increase visibility and variety, redefine landing areas for more shot options and other design refinements. The approach was to shape holes and orient tees, landing areas and green complexes to the natural movement offered by the lakes, woodland edges and dome-shaped wooded wetland areas. The course was lengthened to accommodate modern equipment.

Smyers considers The Eagle Course a true work of art that makes the most of the natural setting. This classically designed course hosted the 2012 CME Group LPGA Titleholders Tournament. 

In 2013, the American Society of Golf Course Architects announced The Eagle Course as one of six courses to receive the distinguished "Design Excellence" recognition.
