“Golf Courses should not be designed to conform to whimsical trends of the day.
Rather, they should be designed according to proven, classical principles that withstand the test of time.”

The design process begins with an examination of the property. An analysis and evaluation of the land is made after taking inot consideration soil conditions, irrigation, drainage requirements, topography and the natural environment.
Recommendations are then made to the client concerning the type of course most suited to the unique characteristics of the site.
An extensive set of plans are then created and include:
• Master Plan
• Clearing Plan
• Cut-Fill Plan
• Grading Plan
• Detailed Greens Plan: elevation and drainage
• Grassing Plan
• Schematic Landscaping Plan
• Cart Path Plan
• Written Specifications and Contractor Bid Documents.
